2. Account and Profile Creation

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your profile.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or unpublish any profile, link, or media that violates our community standards, is flagged as spam, or contains misleading, inappropriate, or illegal content.

3. Pro Beta and Paid Subscriptions

During the Beta period, certain Pro features are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to transition these features to paid plans in the future.

Note: In the event that PickleballLinks.com is sold, assigned, or transferred to a new owner, your user account and profile data may be transferred. Any active paid subscriptions will either be honored by the new owner for their duration, or handled with a comparable service, or provided with a possible prorated refund.

4. Prohibited Content and Links

Users may not link to illegal materials, malicious software, unsafe websites, or explicit content. Profiles must reflect genuine pickleball entities (coaches, clubs, rep offers, facilities, creators, or related businesses). Admin reserves the right to delete violating profiles immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

PickleballLinks.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, service interruptions, or redirection issues associated with links published on your profile page.
